Clear, Fair, and Transparent Guidelines

Service Agreement: Our services are provided as described, and we aim to deliver exceptional quality. Any additional requests may be subject to additional fees.

Client Responsibilities: Ensure accurate information is provided for scheduling and service delivery. Access to the property must be granted as agreed upon.

Payment Terms: Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to notify within this timeframe may result in a cancellation fee.

Liability: While we take utmost care during service, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for items not secured properly.
